We do not sell your data. Where a specific enquiry requires it — for example, blocking a plot with a developer or arranging registration — we share only the details necessary with that developer, advocate or service provider, and only with your knowledge.

Enquiry records are retained for as long as the relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, in line with statutory record-keeping requirements. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.
